The brief
Make the range feel easier to buy.
A print catalogue can quickly become a long list of similar names. Customers need to know which product fits the job, whether their artwork is ready, and what to do when a standard online option does not cover their specification.
The relaunch brought product discovery, practical artwork guidance and a clear quote route into one journey. It also retained a direct way to speak to the Guildford team before committing to production.
The relaunch
More products, clearer paths through them.
The live catalogue now reaches beyond cards, flyers and brochures into signage, exhibition print, packaging, promotional products, recycled options and document printing. Product-family pages help visitors narrow the choice; specialist sizes, stocks and finishes can still be quoted rather than forced into an unsuitable online price.
Search-readiness improved through more specific product and category content, clearer titles and descriptions, structured product information and routes for older URLs. Those changes make the site easier for search engines to understand, but they are not a claim of increased rankings or traffic.

What we measured
A faster local release candidate.
In controlled mobile Lighthouse runs against the local release build on 22 July 2026, the homepage performance score rose from 62 to 93. A tested product page rose from 58 to 78. These are build-to-build lab results, not live visitor speed or a claim that sales increased.
The work is visible in the buying journey as much as in the scores: customers can move from a product family to a standard order, or step out to a properly scoped print quote and artwork check.
